Brick Farm
A clean, green, New York styled theme
Set the Scene
A beautiful atmospheric place to visit for Dinner or late night Drinks and Dessert for your romantic Date in the City.
With culture infused exposed brick and low wooden ceiling décor, it creates a cosy intimate space where you can disappear into your own world together.
Feel completely at home downstairs with the contemporary natural surroundings, fragrant flowers from Toms mum's garden, board games and books to read at your leisure.
Johnny Moore with his Family and Team have thought about every detail of the place and each part has it's own story.
From the Historical cashier till to the beautiful Rimu timber from their old building which was lost in the Earthquake.
Dine upstairs on their European bistro style Menu which changes frequently depending on what's in their vegetable garden for the season in their intimate dining room on the third floor.
Evoking a New York feel at night with the brick exteriors illuminated by dazzling fairy lights.
A Date night in the City you won't forget.

What's their Story
Brick Farm was born August 2014 in the central area that Johnny warmly calls his 'neighbourhood'.
From a historic Smokehouse, to a Nursery called 'Bricks Farm' owned by William Wilson.
Wilson was nicknamed 'Cabbage Wilson' which construes several theories from having a cabbage shaped head, to being the first man to bring Cabbages to Christchurch.
Hence the name 'Brick Farm'
Johnny Moore has had a well known history for creating fantastically unique establishments for Christchurch to enjoy, such as 'Goodbye Blue Monday', and 'Smashed Palace'.
The Moore Family hold community and working locally in high priority which shows in their relationships with local suppliers and their Staff.
Their Coffee is from our local Lyttelton Co op and their Wine is from the popular Waipara Wines.
Their Head chefs, Nicky & Jason McDermott are quoted to be a brilliant team and make wonders on the menu.
With a love for all things fresh and organic,
their own vegetable garden outside flourishes with seasonal produce which supports their vision of
"From the garden to the table, with less miles travelled"
